Meet our Team
Experience therapy that deeply understands your specific experiences. Whether you're navigating ADHD, Autism, OCD, or exploring possibilities, we'll build authentic confidence and practical skills. Specialized support for single or overlapping challenges.
Hi, I’m Adrienne!
(They/She)
Throughout my 13 years as a therapist, I've dedicated myself to creating a deeply safe and validating space where you can feel understood. I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism, OCD, Anxiety and Trauma, recognizing how these experiences often interweave and impact each other.
My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based techniques with genuine human connection. Drawing from specialized modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Inference Based CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Attachment Theory, and Brainspotting, I help you process your experiences and build skills to feel more at ease. Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, we'll work together to find approaches that resonate with your way of experiencing the world.
I offer an authentically inclusive space for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I welcome and affirm all relationship structures understanding that relationship diversity often intersects with neurodivergent experiences.
In our sessions, you'll find:
A flowing, natural conversation style that invites authenticity between us both
TRUE validation of your lived experiences
Active tools for managing anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation
Support in exploring identity and building self-understanding
Practical strategies that honor how YOUR BRAIN works
A space where masking isn't necessary (let’s be weird together)
My practice specializes in Autism, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD support. I am also experienced in matters involving:
Anxiety
Depression
LGBTQIA2S+
Non-Monogamy
