Therapy

Meet our Team

Experience therapy that deeply understands your specific experiences. Whether you're navigating ADHD, Autism, OCD, or exploring possibilities, we'll build authentic confidence and practical skills. Specialized support for single or overlapping challenges.

Throughout my 11 years as a therapist, I've dedicated myself to creating a deeply safe and validating space where neurodivergent experiences are truly understood. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, Autism, OCD, Anxiety and Trauma, recognizing how these experiences often interweave and impact each other.

My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based techniques with genuine human connection. Drawing from specialized modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Inference Based CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Attachment Theory, and Brainspotting, I help clients process their experiences and build lasting change. Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, we'll work together to find approaches that resonate with your unique way of experiencing the world.

As a queer therapist, I offer an authentically inclusive space for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I welcome and affirm all relationship structures understanding that relationship diversity often intersects with neurodivergent experiences.

In our sessions, you'll find:

  • A flowing, natural conversation style that invites authentic expression

  • Deep validation of your lived experiences

  • Active tools for managing anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation

  • Support in exploring identity and building self-understanding

  • Practical strategies that honor your neurology

  • A space where masking isn't necessary

Hi, I’m Alesha!

(She/They)

Neurodivergent & LGBTQIA2S+ Affirming Therapist & Coach | Teens, Young Adults, and Adults

I’m a queer therapist with lived experience as part of the neurodivergent community, and I offer a warm, collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome. I specialize in supporting clients navigating Autism, ADHD, OCD, trauma, grief, and identity exploration. I have a particular focus on the intersections of neurodivergence, gender, and attachment.

My approach blends evidence-based tools with strength-based and neurodiversity affirming-informed care. I believe that therapy should support your nervous system, not overwhelm it and I strive to meet you where you are, honoring your pace, needs, and lived experience every step of the way.

I especially enjoy working with folks who are exploring identity, navigating burnout, or learning new ways of caring for themselves in a world that often misunderstands them. Whether you're curious about what healing looks like for you, unpacking past trauma, or just trying to survive day-to-day overwhelm, I’m here to walk alongside you.

In our work together, you’ll find:

  • A deeply affirming space rooted in curiosity and compassion

  • Validation of your neurodivergent and queer experiences

  • Collaborative support for exploring identity and relationships

  • Practical tools for navigating distress, sensory overload, or shutdown

  • Coping strategies that actually match how your brain works

  • Permission to show up exactly as you are—no masking required

If you’re looking for a therapist who affirms your identity, values your autonomy, and works with you, not on you, I’d be honored to connect. Let’s find what healing looks like for you.
