Neurodivergent & LGBTQIA2S+ Affirming Therapist & Coach | Teens, Young Adults, and Adults
I’m a queer therapist with lived experience as part of the neurodivergent community, and I offer a warm, collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome. I specialize in supporting clients navigating Autism, ADHD, OCD, trauma, grief, and identity exploration. I have a particular focus on the intersections of neurodivergence, gender, and attachment.
My approach blends evidence-based tools with strength-based and neurodiversity affirming-informed care. I believe that therapy should support your nervous system, not overwhelm it and I strive to meet you where you are, honoring your pace, needs, and lived experience every step of the way.
I especially enjoy working with folks who are exploring identity, navigating burnout, or learning new ways of caring for themselves in a world that often misunderstands them. Whether you're curious about what healing looks like for you, unpacking past trauma, or just trying to survive day-to-day overwhelm, I’m here to walk alongside you.
In our work together, you’ll find:
A deeply affirming space rooted in curiosity and compassion
Validation of your neurodivergent and queer experiences
Collaborative support for exploring identity and relationships
Practical tools for navigating distress, sensory overload, or shutdown
Coping strategies that actually match how your brain works
Permission to show up exactly as you are—no masking required
If you’re looking for a therapist who affirms your identity, values your autonomy, and works with you, not on you, I’d be honored to connect. Let’s find what healing looks like for you.
